Teams - Overview

CBMC is an organization of men committed to reaching business and professional men for Christ and building these men in Christ so that they, in turn, can reach others. By banding together with like-minded men, we can not only multiply the effects of our ministry locally, but we can impact the business and professional community for Christ on a nation-wide basis.

The CBMC Ministry Teams meet weakly usually early in the morning. The meeting lasts for one hour and is broken into thee parts. The first few minutes are for fellowship and connecting, the 2nd part is dedicated to prayer for other men with the last third a Bible study/discussion relevant for men in the market place. It is a safe place for friendship and to learn what it is to be a Christian in the Marketplace. If you must leave early that’s cool.

Ministry Teams are the front line for CBMC in Evangelism and Discipleship. It’s a great place to be trained, get experience or train some one else. Please call one of the contacts for more information.

The Producing Ministry Team

The key to an effective team is unity of purpose. Your local CBMC Team will help you better accomplish your own purpose and spiritual objectives.

CBMC’s primary purpose is two-fold:

1. To present Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to business and professional men
2. To develop Christian business and professional men to carry out the Great Commision

Over the course of years, CBMC has attracted a band of men whose individual purposes are the same: to win and build men for Christ.

The accomplishment of this purpose demands a strategy of spiritual multiplication. As ministry,
our ultimate objective is to produce “Disciple-Makers.” To produce disciple- makers requires disciples, and to produce disciple, we must have converts.
